Role Overview:
Administrative support to the team while learning key office functions. You will be involved in various tasks such as answering phone calls, managing documents, and supporting team members with day-to-day operations. DUTIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing telephone calls confidently and professionally.

• Managing incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other communications.

• Assisting with filing, data entry, and document management.

• Supporting the team with general administrative duties.

• Updating records and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Scheduling meetings and appointments as required.

• Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

• Learning and using office software and tools effectively.

• Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as needed.

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

40 hours per week

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Competent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• A confident and professional telephone manner.

REQUIRED QUALITIES

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Maths & English at GCSE grade 4/C or above
