Santé Group is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual for the position of Business Administration Apprentice. This is an exciting and varied role that offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills across business administration, digital marketing, and client onboarding. As part of a newly established team, you will contribute to the smooth integration of clients onto our platforms and assist with various marketing and client service functions. The ideal candidate will have an interest or experience in social media management, IT, business administration, and digital marketing.

DUTIES

Key Responsibilities (depending on candidate strengths and interests):

• Client Onboarding:

o Assist with onboarding new clients onto Santé Group's health and wellbeing applications, as well as employee benefits platforms.

o Support the preparation of proposals, issuance of service agreements, and ensure thorough client communication through email and telephone.

o Manage the client onboarding process to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high levels of customer service.

o Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of documentation and payments.

o Assist in troubleshooting client queries and escalate more complex issues to the relevant team members.

o Ensure all onboarding-related complaints are logged and reported to the Compliance Department.

 

• General Administration & Support:

o Manage client queries and provide assistance via email, phone, and digital document signing.

o Ensure that all client information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

o Assist in maintaining relationships with product providers and ensure that information exchange is smooth and professional.

o Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory standards, including Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Data Protection Act, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

37 hours per week

REQUIRED SKILLS

o A good standard of education with knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

o Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

o Strong customer service focus, with an ability to manage multiple client needs effectively.

o Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

REQUIRED QUALITIES

o Clear telephone manner and active listening skills.

o A proactive, flexible approach with a keen attention to detail.

o A desire to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.

o Experience or interest in social media management and digital marketing.

o Basic knowledge of desktop publishing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, etc.) or willingness to learn.

o Awareness of key regulatory guidelines, including the FCA, Data Protection 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Maths & English grade 4/C or above is desirable
