We are looking for an office apprentice who is looking to learn many skills across different basis of office work, who will be placed with an existing member of staff as an assistant. The successful candidate will have quality support and training as well as different opportunities provided in order to progress their knowledge and understanding within different aspects of customer service, administration and personal skills such as prioritising skills.
DUTIES
Office/ Admin Apprentice role
We are looking for an apprentice office administrator to join our busy recruitment team.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes to be successful for the role:
• A keen eye for detail
• A professional telephone manner
• The ability to juggle more than one task at once when required
• General knowledge of office equipment is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
• Be organised
The key points to the job role are as follows:
• Answering phone calls
• Arranging interviews and aiding your supervisor’s workload
• Assisting in the initial registration when someone new joins the agency
• Keeping relevant work related trackers up to date, constantly adding and updating information
• Updating company records onto the system when we receive updates
• Providing support to locums chasing payments
• Checking files are kept up to date and fully complete
• Co-ordinating shifts and providing confirmations
• General administrative tasks to support the recruitment team
WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
7 hours per day / 35 hours per week 8:00am until 4:00pm Monday to Friday Designated 1 hour unpaid lunch break
