• Program CNC Machines: Input and adjust machine settings, such as speed and feed rates, to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Monitor Production: Oversee the machining process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain temperature, ensure proper feed, and identify any issues that arise.
• Inspect Finished Products: Check output to ensure consistency with specifications, using precision measuring tools, and discard or rework defective units.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages to ensure optimal operation of machinery.

• Minimum grade 4 GCSE pass in maths, English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
