As a Business Administrator Apprentice you will work as part of our finance and accounting team. You will offer essential support and be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties include:
• Daily banking and reconciliations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails in a timely manner.
• Receive incoming telephone calls and ensure all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Accurate data entry, spreadsheet management.
• Matching of receipts/Delivery Notes to invoices/credit card statements.
• Dealing with copy proof of deliveries and copy invoices.
• General office duties such as photocopying, filing, creating and updating files.

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30pm (half hour lunch)
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent numeracy skills, strong attention to detail with ability to problem solve.
• Computer literate able to use, Excel, Microsoft office.
• Conscientiousness, honesty and reliability.
