ACCOUNTS APPRENTICE

Working alongside the Accounts manager you will be supporting them with:

• Processing Supplier invoices to Dext

• Managing the Admin inbox

• Processing hotel bookings

• Dealing with Pod’s and price queries

• Calling suppliers for copy statements/ invoices

• Statement reconciliation

• Ensuring invoices are posted to the correct nominal code

• Ensuring that goods have been received as per the invoice

• Ensuring that invoices have been authorised

• Handling staff expense claim forms

• Maintain the accuracy of supplier details

• Supporting the payment runs

• Corresponding with internal and external finance teams

39.5 hours per week, 8am to 4.30pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch

Computure literate able to use, Excel, Microsoft office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail 

Go getter not afraid of getting stuck into their work. 
Eager to learn and progress 
Friendly, positive confident someone who could fit into the office culture and enjoy the job 

Minimum of 5 GCSE to include Maths, English language and English literature
