A requirement of the role will be to attend and successfully complete the apprenticeship college
course.
Setting out to lines and levels to ensure construction of work in accordance with the Contract
Drawings/Specifications or other relevant control documentation
Undertaking volumetric surveys and using and setting up GPS equipment
Check contract drawings/specifications for accuracy of calculations
Assisting Site Supervisors with general administration
Maintaining contract management quality records as directed by Site Supervisors
Production of as-built drawings in accordance with Client requirements
Carrying out site surveys for weekly/monthly measurement purposes. Submission of processed information to Company Quantity Surveyors and Site Supervisors
Assisting with the control of sites activities, including sub-contractors as directed by the Site Supervisor
Compliance with individual responsibilities with regard to safety, health and environmental issues
Completion of site diaries
WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
45 hours per week Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 17:00 (30 min unpaid lunch break) 1 day per week to attend college during term-time
