As an apprentice you will typically work in a busy factory with your line manager. The role will be varied as they will require you to learn all aspects of the factory with time. This will initially entail shadowing a member of the team and learning their task, then working along side them until you are confident in this area.
Almar are keen for their appretnices to learn from their experienced staff whilst training and learning skills at college, to eventually become an competent and skilled engineer.
