As an apprentice administrator, your key duties include:
• Answering customer emails: Checking the status of deliveries, resolving any issues with defective products, helping with enquiries and other general questions in an efficient manner.
• Answering customer phone calls: checking the status of deliveries, helping customers place orders, general queries. Whilst maintaining our excellent customer service company standards.
• Processing customer returns: checking for contents, damage etc. Processing the return and updating our records in an efficient manner.
• Assisting office staff with their duties: processing supplier delivery forms, assisting in online stock replinsihment ETC.
• Assisting office staff with the maintenance of our online marketplaces.
• Taking messages in an efficient & professional manner.
• General Admin duties

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
40 hours per week. Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm, 30 minutes unpaid lunch break
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Confident on the telephone
Attention to detail
Be able to effectively multitask, adequately prioritise a busy workload and work towards and within deadlines.
Efficient time management and organisational skills
REQUIRED QUALITIES
An enthusiastic, sociable & friendly candidate is preferred.

GCSE English and Maths – Grades A-C or (9-4)
