This vacancy is for a motivated, proactive and confident individual, who is willing to work as part of a growing team to achieve business objectives. The role will be a mixture of general admin but no two days will be the same.
You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively liaise with colleagues. You’ll be able to use your organisation skills and your own initiative to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. Using strong IT skills and great attention to detail, you’ll be able to carry out general administrative tasks and ensure all records are maintained accurately.
In our offices, no two days are ever the same and you will be constantly learning from, and working with a wide variety of people from different disciplines as you work towards your qualification. Some typical examples of the tasks you will be undertaking on a daily basis include but are not limited to, checking agency workers details on different systems, excel sheet production, updating personel systems and much more.
WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
5 days a week unless at college, where you will be able to attend college on the course day. When College is closed the working week will be 5 days. 9am-5pm with an hours paid lunch. Total paid hours per week is 40. 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
