Tamsyn began her career on the HR Fast Track Management Scheme at Royal Mail Group before being promoted to Change Manager within the organisation. She then progressed quickly within a FTSE 25 global company as a HR Business Partner before taking her first director role at 2020 Legal Limited.
Tamsyn joined the ExamWorks UK family in January 2017 and was promoted to Group HR Director in 2018.
It is Tamsyn’s responsibility to drive the business culture, engagement and high performance across all ExamWorks UK companies, as well as leadership strength across the senior leadership team. Tamsyn leads the HR, Learning & Development and Payroll teams for the UK group and ensures the business is protected in terms of employment law.
Tamsyn has an MSc in Work Psychology and Business, she is a qualified Occupational Psychologist and a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Professional Development and the British Psychology Society.
