David Bond

David Bond is a local family man, married for 24 years with twin boys at university.  David has strong connections to the area, living in Fulwood for the last 25 years and a past student of Preston College undertaking a National Diploma in Business and Finance in 1991!

Preston College sparked David’s interest in Human Resource Management and a more vocational educational route than he was previously aware of.  This led David to a 27 year career in HR, becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

David is currently HR Director for Network Plus, a National Utilities and Infrastructure provider. 

David has worked in numerous sectors including insurance, elderly residential care, custodial services, defense, grounds maintenance, local government and utilities.
