Cal Leonard has worked for BAE Systems for 34 years in a variety of commercial and HR roles at business board level and at various company and customer locations across the UK. Cal has extensive experience in managing large scale change programmes and a really keen interest in developing people and working with senior leadership teams. Cal is currently the Employee Relations Director for Maritime and Land within BAE Systems.
