Our Adviser, Julie, will receive your online application and make contact with you to undertake a telephone interview. This will ensure that the course you have applied for is the appropriate programme and level of study. Julie will speak to you about your chosen course, as well as the entry criteria and progression opportunities available upon successful completion. Her experience in providing advice and guidance will ensure that you are on the right course to help you achieve your goals.
Assistant Head of Recruitment
Claire has worked at Preston’s College for 11 years and is qualified to Level 4 in Advice and Guidance. Claire is working towards her Level 6 qualification and her day-to-day work involves managing the team and a wide range of stakeholder partnerships.
Recruitment Adviser
Julie has worked at Preston’s College for 17 years and is qualified to Level 4 in Advice and Guidance. Julie is also working towards her Level 6 qualification. Julie will be your first point of contact at Preston’s College, upon receipt of your application form.
Tutor – Level 2 and Level 3
A qualified Primary School Teacher, Helen’s role at Preston’s College involves teaching in-class and assessing learners out in the workplace.
It is a role Helen is passionate about, with her experiences demonstrating the true value of child care practitioners and the role they play in shaping the future of children and supporting families as joint educators.
Tutor – Level 1
Barbara is a qualified Childcare Practitioner who has worked with children in early years settings for over 40 years.
She has worked in private nurseries and local authority nurseries as well as working overseas as a private Nanny.
Barbara has worked at Preston’s College for 22 years and has taught Early Years courses at Level 1, 2 and 3.
