Preston College offers a free Apprenticeship recruitment and selection service for employers who want to take on an Apprentice.

Throughout the year, Preston’s College has a talented pool of candidates available to transfer from the classroom into an Apprenticeship at a range of levels to suit your business needs.

Our service provides a wide range of other benefits, including:

A dedicated Apprenticeship Training Support Officer (ATSO) and ongoing learner support to help you through the process
Advertising your vacancy to a wide range of candidates who are actively looking for an Apprenticeship
Discussing employer vacancies with potential learners and screening suitable candidates for interview
Organising your interviews and providing support as required
Carrying out initial assessments, interviews, observations and assessing their input and offering detailed feedback
A flexible approach and comprehensive training package to meet both the individual’s specific needs and your business requirements
Supporting you on your levy requirements
