This Apprenticeship will provide you with the skills and confidence to excel in the field of accounting. Working within an accounting environment and studying AAT qualifications (industry recognised) at the same time will get you off to a great start in your Accounting career.

HOW WILL I BE TAUGHT?
You will learn in the workplace and attend College one day per week. Classes will be taught by experienced professionals through a range of classroom activities designed to apply your learning to real life situations.
HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?
Online assessments
A synoptic end test
Portfolio and reflective discussion/statement
A review every 12 weeks
WHAT CAN I DO NEXT?
Progression to Chartered Accounting qualifications or undergraduate accounting degrees.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
The Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician may lead the apprentice receiving credits towards the completion of chartered accountancy qualifications provided by the relevant Professional Bodies or relevant undergraduate degrees.

Duration: 18-20 months
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must hold a Level 3 AAT qualification (or equivalent) and GCSE maths and English at Grade C (or equivalent). All candidates who apply will be interviewed by a member of the AAT team to assess their suitability for entry onto the programme.
