This is a classroom based programme where you will integrate and collaborate with like-minded managers.

Assessment will be in the form of work based assignments, reflective reviews and oral presentations. You will produce three assessments.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You should normally be employed in a middle management role to gather evidence from the workplace for assessment. If you are not currently in employment, you may be able to join the qualification if you are able to gather evidence of recent middle management experience in a paid or voluntary capacity. All applicants will be expected to have Maths and English and Grade C or above.
