Business Relations Award – Level 1

Business Relations skills are highly sought after and can open doors to opportunities in virtually any industry or job role – from call centres to hair salons to banks. You will learn effective communication techniques, gain skills for handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback, and understand the significance of teamwork and collaboration in creating a positive customer experience.
ILM Award in Leadership & Management – Level 3
Start Date: Thursday 27 February 2025
Duration: 4 weeks Time: 6pm to 9pm
This course is ideal for practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next managerial level, as well as managers looking to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other management pressures. You will gain a range of management skills, learn how to put them into practice, build leadership capabilities and learn how to motivate and engage teams.
Business Relations Award – Level 2

The Level 2 Award in Business Relations is designed to build upon the introduction acquired in Level 1, and will further develop the essential skills needed to excel in customer service. You will gain a solid understanding of customer service policies and procedures, develop advanced communication skills to effectively deal with different types of customers, and enhance your problem-solving abilities to address complex customer enquiries and issues.
ILM Award in Leadership & Team Skills – Level 2
Start Date: Tuesday 22 January 2025
Duration: 4 weeks Time: 6pm to 9pm
Gain the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to transition from working in a team to leading a team. You will learn leadership and team skills, gain awareness of your personal strengths and weaknesses, explore leadership styles and learn how to improve your team’s performance.
ILM AWARD IN LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT – LEVEL 5

Duration: 3 weeks Time: 6pm to 9pm
This course is designed for project managers, department heads, and other practising middle managers looking to develop skills and improve their leadership and management performance, in preparation for senior management. Key areas covered include managing and implementing change, developing and leading teams, techniques for assessing your own performance.
