A large part of the week saw Preston’s College celebrate the exceptional employers we work with and I was privileged to be able to visit and present the award to these successful businesses. Thank you to all of the employers we work with who continue to go above and beyond to support Preston’s College and our learners. As an employer, we have had a good number of apprentices over the years, and now, it’s great to see that so many of them have progressed through the College into management roles. They are flourishing and an integral part of our organisation. As a College and training provider, it’s equally pleasing to see the progress and impact apprentices have in business and industry. The relationship between the employer, the College and the apprentice is critical for success. We work hard to develop these relationships. With our work based tutors, who have years of experience in industry and business and our industry leading facilities and workshops, we strive to provide the best possible experience for the apprentices and their employers, in a flexible manner.
