The project enables individuals already working within SME businesses to access nationally recognised leadership and management training, FREE of charge! Offered at a range of study levels, qualifications enable employees to develop their leadership and management skills, knowledge and confidence, through tailored training, coaching and mentoring. If you or your employees qualify to study under the Leading Lancashire project, the following subjects are currently available: > ILM Level 3 Award > ILM Level 5 Award > ILM Level 7 Award To be eligible for support from the Leading Lancashire project individuals must be: > Aged 16 or over > Eligible to live and work in the UK > Employed > Working for a Lancashire based SME (Lancashire means organisations which are based in a Lancashire County Council, Blackburn with Darwen or Blackpool postcode area. An SME is an organisation, based in Lancashire, employing less than 250 employees across the whole business.)
